Kohima: Officials in Mon district have issued a strict order prohibiting the export, import, and transportation of live pigs and pork-related products. This directive mandates that no pigs or associated goods may be moved from Mon to other districts or locations outside the state.

The measure also applies to incoming shipments. The transport of live pigs and pork products into Mon from other districts or outside areas is now strictly forbidden. This order aims to manage the movement of livestock and related items across the region.
