Kohima: MGM Higher Secondary School in Dimapur held a ceremony on June 4 to celebrate the outstanding academic achievements of its recent graduates. The event recognized students who secured top ranks in the High School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate examinations.
The school honored Aman Kumar, who earned the state topper position for the HSLC exam while also achieving subject topper status in Social Science, Hindi, and FIT. The institution also recognized Amina Begum, who secured the 5th rank in the HSSLC Science stream and excelled as the topper in both Physics and Hindi.
Principal Reji Abraham attributed these accomplishments to the students' commitment to their studies. He stated, "Principal Reji Abraham emphasized self-belief, discipline, and hard work as keys to success, expressing gratitude to parents, teachers, and management."
During the event, Headmaster Biswajit Paul praised the students for their dedicated efforts. Vice president Fr. Giju George highlighted the school's ongoing history of academic excellence and commended the students for their discipline. Robert Angami from the Midland Colony Council also attended the event to offer his congratulations to the high achievers.
