Kohima: The Carl Roger's Institute of Mental Health and Research Centre recently hosted an awareness camp at Christ King School in Kohima. The seminar focused on stress management and the importance of psychological well-being for students.
During the interactive session, experts provided education on various facets of mental health. They highlighted the risks and potential consequences linked to poor emotional health. The program gave students tools to better understand their own mental states.
Participants learned how to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy stress levels. The training also taught students how to recognize personal warning signs of distress and apply effective coping strategies in their everyday lives.
