Kohima: Census training kicked off June 22 in Meluri. Forty-eight supervisors and enumerators gathered at the DB Court in the Deputy Commissioner office for the second phase of instruction. They are moving to a digital platform. This shift requires precision.
EAC Meluri and Charge Officer Zuchibemo Ezung welcomed the group. He stressed the need for error-free data collection in the newly formed district. Ezung told the attendees, "The Census would be conducted through an online digital platform and highlighted the importance of proper training to minimize errors in data collection."
The training covers staff from three distinct blocks. Meluri Town Block sent 16 workers. Phokhungri Block sent 14. Phor Block rounds out the group with 18 participants. These teams must avoid cross enumeration to make the count a success.
