Manipur University Hires Researchers for IDP Study

Imphal: Manipur University is looking for three new staff members to track the health and livelihood of displaced people in the region. The school needs one Research Assistant and two Field Investigators for a project titled "An Empirical Study of Livelihood Conditions and Psychological Health of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Manipur."

The Research Assistant role pays 37,000 rupees a month. Applicants must hold a post-graduate degree in social science with at least 55 percent marks. Candidates also need an M.Phil, Ph.D, NET, or SLET qualification. Field Investigators will earn 20,000 rupees monthly. They must also have a post-graduate degree in social science with 55 percent marks.
