Imphal: Manipur Police seized 3,680 litres of petrol during an operation on the Pallel-Chandel road on June 3. Officers intercepted two vehicles near Pioneer School at noon and apprehended both drivers.

The first vehicle, a Yodha truck driven by 43-year-old Pasel Nepolian Anal, contained 11 containers holding 2,420 litres of fuel. A second vehicle, an Eeco van driven by 29-year-old Lh.
