Agartala: A massive tree tore through a residential area in Teliamura. It crushed several homes and left families stranded in the rubble. Debris blocked narrow streets and cut off power lines throughout the neighborhood.
Local MLA Kalyani Roy arrived on the scene to survey the destruction. She spoke with the victims about their immediate needs. "The administration will provide all possible help to the affected families," Roy stated while inspecting the wreckage.
The impact left families without shelter or basic necessities. Residents are now working to clear the heavy branches. Local officials are coordinating relief efforts to get aid to those who lost everything in the wreck.
