Kohima: Faith Theological Seminary in Jotsoma held its 18th convocation ceremony on June 1, marking the graduation of 48 students. Principal Rev. Dr. Visielie Angami officially conferred the degree certificates during the event held in Kohima.
Associate Academic Dean Dr. George Seb delivered the valedictory address. He encouraged the newly graduated students to view their theological education as a commitment to their faith, stating that they should see it "not merely as an academic achievement but as a calling to faithful service and responsible witness in society."
Several students received special honors for their performance and character. Mhasikhonuo Thepa, Kevingulie Pesochü, Komuni Khekho, and Themboiching earned the Academic Excellence Award, while Kevingulie Pesochü also received the Best Thesis Award. Additional honorees included Rokuonguno Vihutsu for the Most Prayerful Award, Venolü as the Most Sincere Student, Veduzo Medeo for best choir and worship leadership, and Muzizo Lohe, who was recognized as the Best All-Round Student.
The service featured a greeting from Board of Directors Chairman Zapra Chakhesang. Academic Dean Asola Jamir presided over the proceedings.
