Agartala: A group of 18 rural youths in Tripura has secured job placements following the completion of their vocational training. The candidates gained their professional skills through the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, known as DDU-GKY.
This central government initiative focuses on equipping young people in rural areas with industry-relevant skills to improve their employment prospects. The recent placements mark a successful outcome for the local implementation of the national skill development scheme.
