Kohima: The District Employment Exchange in Dimapur is hosting a major recruitment event on June 19, 2026. Held at the District Employment Exchange Office in Purana Bazar, the fair aims to connect educated unemployed youth across Nagaland with private sector roles.
This initiative is a collaboration between the Department of Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Talent Acquaintance, and the AIDA-Don Bosco Job Placement Network. Organizers have confirmed that more than 1,200 positions are available with a prominent healthcare BPO firm based in Bengaluru.
The event runs from 9 am to 3 pm and is open to candidates between the ages of 18 and 32. Applicants must hold a 10+2 qualification, a diploma, or a graduation degree, though those with BE or B.Tech degrees are not eligible for these specific openings. Selected participants may receive on-the-spot offer letters.
The District Employment Officer has encouraged local youth to attend the event, stating, "District Employment Officer has appealed to eligible youth to participate and take advantage of the employment opportunity."
