Kohima: The Nagaland Handloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd. is set to host the Gandhi Shilp Bazar at Urban Haat in Dimapur. The event will run from June 3 to 9, 2026, with sponsorship provided by the Office of the Development Commissioner for Handicrafts under the Union Ministry of Textiles.
Managing director Y. Lipongse Thongtsar has invited weavers and artisans to participate in the exhibition. Interested applicants should submit their credentials to the project cell at the NHHDC office in Half Nagarjan, Dimapur. Required documents include copies of a Ministry of Textiles issued artisan or pehchan card, an Aadhaar card, and current bank account details with the IFSC code. The deadline for all submissions is June 1, 2026, during regular office hours.
