Agartala: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has formally requested the formation of a Special Investigation Team to look into the death of a female staff member at a medical college. Party officials are insisting that authorities either establish this specialized unit or appoint a judicial magistrate to oversee the investigation.
The party highlighted the urgency of the matter by stating, "Constitute SIT or order probe under judicial magistrate: CPIM on death of female medical college staff." This demand reflects growing pressure for a transparent and impartial inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the employee's passing.
