Agartala: A local man sparked panic at the Sonamura court earlier today. He went on a rampage inside the building. He tried to force his way into the judge's private chambers. The situation turned hostile as bystanders watched the man rush the courtroom area.
Court staff and security personnel scrambled to regain control of the floor. They intercepted the individual before he could reach the judge. Authorities managed to restrain the man and drag him away from the restricted office area. The court halted proceedings while police secured the scene to prevent further disturbances.
Officials are now questioning the man to determine what drove his actions. Police have not released his name yet. A court official confirmed the incident, stating, "The youth attempted to enter the judge's chamber forcibly."
