Superintendent of Police Thutan Jamba confirmed the victims were Bipin Kumar, 33, and Rahul Kumar, 26. Both men called Bihar home. The rescue operation pulled four survivors from the mud. One worker remains in serious condition at Lohit Zonal General Hospital, while the status of the others is unclear.
