The move goes beyond personal profit. Sharma wants to scrap chemical fertilizers across his district entirely. He is actively recruiting his neighbors to switch to organic alternatives for their own plots. He stated the effort aims to "promote sustainable farming practices" while carving out a new, reliable revenue stream for the region.
