Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma met with Vice President C P Radhakrishnan at Uparashtrapati Bhavan on Monday. This visit marks the first official meeting between the two leaders since Sarma began his second consecutive term as Chief Minister on May 12.
