Arunachal Pradesh Officials Discuss Organic Farming and Economic Growth

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Home Minister Mama Natung met with Mega Food Park promoter Likha Maaj on May 29 to discuss strategies for boosting state self-reliance. The meeting, which included the Director General of Police, focused on leveraging local agricultural resources and food processing to create new economic opportunities.

Maaj leads the state's only Mega Food Park and serves in a leadership role focused on agro-based development. He credited the Minister and the police department for their support in advancing organic farming initiatives across the region.

The discussion underscored a shared commitment to building a progressive economy. Both parties emphasized that fostering entrepreneurship and sustainable development is essential for the future of the frontier state.
