Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu recently met with the founders of Hamara Organic Productions, a startup launched by engineering graduates from the National Institute of Technology. The team aims to promote organic, culturally rooted food products from Northeast India to a wider national audience.

During the meeting, Khandu emphasized that such ventures are essential for strengthening local value chains. He noted that the startup will help support regional farmers, create new employment opportunities, and expand the market presence of goods produced in Arunachal Pradesh.

The Chief Minister praised the entrepreneurs for their initiative and highlighted the value of youth-led businesses. He expressed his support for educated young people who choose to become job creators rather than job seekers. Khandu stated that these efforts are key to fostering economic growth, self-reliance, and sustainable development while celebrating the organic heritage of the region.
