Arunachal fighter Laki Weshi Sangno wins TKO in Bali

Itanagar: Laki Weshi Sangno crushed his opponent in Bali. The fighter from Arunachal Pradesh finished local combatant Namr Arad by a first-round technical knockout during Canggu Fight Night 39 on June 26. He dominated the strawweight bout from the opening bell to secure a win for India.

This victory adds to a string of recent international wins. Sangno made history in October 2025 as the first Indian to claim the Bali Open BJJ Grappling Championship.
