Kohima: The Ao Students’ Union Dimapur (ASUD) introduced its official website and a new Entrepreneurship and Business Development Initiative during a launch event on May 28. Chief Secretary Sentiyanger Imchen officially unveiled the digital platform at his residence.
The website, found at www.asud.in, functions as a central hub for organizational updates, union activities, and student-focused announcements. ASUD officials hope the site will improve outreach and engagement with the broader community.
The Entrepreneurship and Business Development Initiative aims to foster innovation and sustainable growth among local youth. By providing access to mentorship, specialized training, market connections, and essential resources, the program intends to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools needed for professional success.
Addressing attendees, Imchen praised the union for its commitment to modernization and youth empowerment. He encouraged students to prioritize self-reliance and leadership, noting that their contributions are vital for long-term economic and community progress. The union expects these two projects to serve as a foundation for greater connectivity and entrepreneurial development for its members.
