ANSAM Calls Emergency Meeting to Address Critical Naga Issues

Imphal: The All Naga Students’ Association Manipur (ANSAM) has scheduled an emergency Presidential Council meeting for May 24. The session is set to begin at 11:00 AM at the Shelley Chara Memorial Hall located at the ANSAM Secretariat in Tahamzam, Senapati.

ANSAM President Th. Angteshang Maring stated that the gathering is a response to critical and emerging challenges currently impacting the Naga homeland. He emphasized the necessity of discussing the group's collective position with seriousness and determination.

The association has called on all nineteen constituent and subordinate units to attend the meeting without exception. Leaders stress that this moment requires political vigilance and unity, leaving no room for complacency. They expect active participation and a deep sense of responsibility from all members as they address these historical developments.
