Advisor Daochier I Imchen Inspects Sechü Zubza Conservation Centre

Kohima: Daochier I Imchen toured the Research and Training Centre at Sechü Zubza on Friday. He serves as the Advisor for Soil and Water Conservation and IPR. The visit focused on how the facility functions day to day.

Imchen walked through several key areas. He inspected the Biofertilizer Production Unit, the Vermicompost Unit, the Soil Testing Laboratory, and the Agroforestry Nursery. He checked the condition of all existing equipment. He wanted a clear picture of current site activities.

The Advisor met with officers and staff members. They talked about site challenges and staff welfare. He pushed to strengthen programs and local facilities. "The visit provided an opportunity to review the centre's progress and identify areas requiring further strengthening to enhance its role in research, training, soil health management, biofertilizer production and agroforestry development."
